First, ensure your fabric is clean and free of wrinkles or lint before applying the sheet. Then preheat your iron or heat press before pressing the sheet onto the fabric for 10-15 seconds at a temperature of 300-320 degrees Fahrenheit (149-160 Celsius). Lastly, peel away the carrier sheet after pressing and enjoy your new design!
